Sassential Care provides boutique one-on-one in-home support across Brisbane, from the northside to the southside, the inner suburbs to the bayside. Care is led by founder Sass Francis and delivered by a small, carefully selected team of carers, so you see a small number of familiar faces, not a constantly changing roster.
Whether it's coffee at Bulimba, the shops at Chermside, an appointment in the city, or a dog walk along the Wynnum foreshore, Sass comes to you. Help at home is there when you need it. Every visit is one-on-one, minimum 2 hours, available 7am – 7pm, seven days.
Also includes all At Home Support services, including personal care. Together, we'll tailor each visit to what you need.
Brisbane has no shortage of large care agencies. What's rare is continuity: the same small group of carers, matched to you, who know your routine, your favourite café and your pet's name. Sass personally selects and onboards every carer, and stays closely involved in matching, care standards and communication, so families always have a clear point of accountability.
Every carer is police checked, NDIS worker screened, first aid certified and insured. We work under written service agreements with a clear incident and complaints process.

At Home Support is $90 per hour and Lifestyle & Independence is $95 per hour on weekdays, with a 2-hour minimum visit. Saturday, Sunday and public holiday rates apply, see our Rates page.
Yes, we support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Brisbane. Sassential Care is not a registered NDIS provider and complies with applicable NDIS Code of Conduct obligations. See NDIS Support.
