Sassential Care provides boutique one-on-one in-home support across the Gold Coast — from Southport to Burleigh, Robina to the northern growth corridor. Care is led by founder Sass Francis and delivered by a small, trusted team of carers, so you see a small number of familiar faces, not a constantly changing roster.
From help with personal care and meals at home, to a café outing along the beachfront, to errands and appointments in Robina — our carers come to you. Every visit is one-on-one, minimum 2 hours, available 7am – 7pm, seven days.
Many Gold Coast families are arranging care from a distance — adult children in Brisbane, interstate or overseas, organising support for a parent at the coast. We're built for that: a small number of familiar carers matched to your parent, honest proactive communication with the family, and Sass personally accountable for care standards and matching.
Every carer is police checked, NDIS worker screened, first aid certified and insured. We work under written service agreements with a clear incident and complaints process.

Our care starts from $80 per hour on weekdays with a 2-hour minimum visit. Weekly packages save 5–7.5%, and prepaid 4-week blocks save a further 2.5%. Weekend and public-holiday rates apply.
Yes — we support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across the Gold Coast. Sassential Care is not a registered NDIS provider and complies with applicable NDIS Code of Conduct obligations.
Clear, proactive communication is part of the service: you'll know how visits are going, and you can reach Sass directly. Families always have a clear point of accountability.
