Regular Bookings

Hours: 7am – 7pm, seven days. After-hours by arrangement.
Pet care: included at no extra cost, within your booked visit time. Vet transport follows the travel terms below.
Travel: Free in your vehicle. In a Sassential Care vehicle, the first 15 km per visit is included, then $1 per km.
Example, a weekly outing: one 2-hour Lifestyle & Independence visit each week, say coffee and the shops on a Tuesday, is $190 per week. Two visits a week is $380.
Good to know
Bookings & cancellationsVisits are a minimum of 2 hours, which keeps every visit unhurried. Shorter visits are available by arrangement for clients in the same village, community or residence, ask Sass. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice incur the full visit fee.

NDIS participantsSassential Care is not a registered NDIS provider; however, we support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and comply with applicable NDIS Code of Conduct obligations. Ask for our NDIS rate card or

Home care packagesIf you receive a government home care package and self-manage or choose your own providers, you may be able to use it for lifestyle and independence support. Ask Sass, or check with your package provider.

Common questions
Why is there a 2-hour minimum?
It keeps every visit unhurried, enough time for a proper outing or a relaxed visit, a chat, and the little extras that make support feel human rather than transactional. Shorter visits are available by arrangement for clients in the same village, community or residence, ask Sass.
Do you charge for travel?
Never in your own vehicle. In a Sassential Care vehicle, the first 15 km per visit is included, then $1 per km.
Can I use my NDIS funding?
Yes, self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants are welcome. Sassential Care is not a registered NDIS provider and complies with applicable NDIS Code of Conduct obligations. Ask for our NDIS rate card.
What if I need to cancel a visit?
Life happens, just give us at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice incur the full visit fee.
