Sassential Care supports self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Brisbane and the Gold Coast who want a boutique, personal service rather than a large agency. Support is one-on-one, delivered by Sass or the same familiar carer wherever possible, and built around what you actually want to do.

What we can support

Every visit is one-on-one, minimum 2 hours, 7am – 7pm seven days, with after-hours by arrangement.

Supports

  • Community access: outings, groups, activities, appointments & transport
  • Daily living: routines, meals, household tasks, medication reminders
  • Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, where it is part of your plan
  • Companionship, social connection & building confidence out and about
  • Pet care within your visit, at no extra cost

From a weekly outing to regular personal care, we are comfortable providing a wide range of support. The free meet & greet is where we work out together whether we are the right fit.

Registration, compliance & checks

Sassential Care is not a registered NDIS provider; however, we support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and comply with applicable NDIS Code of Conduct obligations.

Checks & insurance

  • Police checked, First Aid & CPR certified
  • Public liability & professional indemnity insurance
  • Written service agreements, incident & complaints process

Rates & invoicing

Our NDIS rate card is available on request and is aligned to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

  • Plan-managed: we invoice your plan manager directly
  • Self-managed: we invoice you, with everything you need to claim

Referrals are welcome. Call or email Sass directly with the participant's goals, funded supports and preferred days; she will confirm availability promptly and arrange a free meet & greet with the participant and their family before any support begins.

Yes, self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants are welcome. Sassential Care is not a registered NDIS provider and complies with applicable NDIS Code of Conduct obligations. Ask for our NDIS rate card.

Which NDIS supports do you provide?

Typically community access, assistance with daily life, and social and community participation. Ask Sass to check your plan categories.

Do you accept agency-managed participants?

Not at present, as we are not a registered provider.
